Open Positions
Sales Consultant
Help homeowners choose the right siding, roofing, windows, and gutters for their home. You’ll meet with clients at their homes, assess their needs, present product options, and provide detailed estimates. No cold calling — our leads come from referrals, our website, and our showroom traffic.
What we’re looking for: Self-motivated, personable, and organized. Previous home improvement or outside sales experience is a plus but not required — we’ll train the right person. Valid driver’s license required.
Compensation: Commission-based with strong earning potential. Top performers earn well above industry average. Training pay provided during ramp-up.
Project Manager
Oversee exterior remodeling installations from signed contract to final walkthrough. You’ll coordinate installation crews, manage project timelines, order materials, communicate with homeowners, and ensure every job meets IHC’s quality standards. This role is the backbone of our operation.
What we’re looking for: Detail-oriented with strong communication skills. Construction or project management experience preferred. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and holding crews accountable to our standards.
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience. Performance bonuses tied to project quality and customer satisfaction.
Store & Marketing
Manage our Crystal Lake showroom and drive our marketing efforts. You’ll greet walk-in customers, maintain product displays, coordinate social media content, support local advertising campaigns, and help build our brand presence across McHenry County and beyond.
What we’re looking for: Outgoing, creative, and tech-savvy. Experience with social media management, basic graphic design, or retail customer service is ideal. You’ll be the first face many customers see — enthusiasm for home improvement goes a long way.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or salary based on experience. Growth opportunities into marketing management as the company expands.
