InnoMAXX Windows
Components: Foam-filled frame cavities for added insulation and rigidity. Triple-pane glass (vs standard double-pane). Upgraded Low-E coating. Krypton or upgraded argon gas fill. Premium weatherstripping at all contact points.
Installation: Full-perimeter foam and backer rod seal (not just caulk). Proper shimming and leveling to manufacturer tolerances. Sill pan flashing under every window. Interior and exterior trim sealed and finished to prevent moisture intrusion at the frame-to-wall connection.
Warranty: Full manufacturer warranty (varies by brand) + IHC 25-year installation warranty.
InnoMAXX Siding
Components: Insulated foam sheathing board behind the siding for added R-value — even behind fiber cement or engineered wood. Upgraded housewrap or drainage plane (Tyvek DrainWrap or equivalent vs basic housewrap). Premium-gauge J-channel, corner posts, and starter strips.
Installation: All window and door transitions properly flashed with metal or peel-and-stick — not just caulked. Back-caulked window and door trim. Proper nailing patterns with expansion gaps per manufacturer spec. Every detail that prevents water intrusion at transitions.
Warranty: Full manufacturer warranty (varies by material) + IHC 25-year installation warranty.
