Shawn’s Bio-
Shawn has been working with homeowners and their insurance companies for over 10 years. He has helped literally thousands of folks navigate through the restoration process.
Shawn got into the business when he was living in Florida. A hurricane hit the coast close to his home. A friend of his owned a roofing company and asked Shawn if he could help out. The rest, as they say, is history.
Shawn has extensive experience with all major insurance carriers. He knows the ins and out of the process, what insurance adjusters are looking for, and how to make sure your insurance company pays for everything that is damaged, not just your roof.
Customers who have worked with Shawn love him because he does all the work for them. He meets with the adjuster, he negotiates the claim so everything possible gets covered, he works with the homeowner to pick colors and designs, he supervises the construction process, and in the end he bills and collects the funds due for the project from your insurance company. Totally Hands-off for you the homeowner.
Shawn Joins Innovative
At the beginning of 2014, a major, hail producing storm hit the Chicagoland area, Shawn living in Florida at time, wanted to come up and work with homeowners in the area. He researched local companies in the area. After extensive conversions, online research,
and reference checking, he chose Innovative Home Concepts to work with.
He loved the fact that Innovative is a 10 year old company, that they have a stellar online reputation, that they carry only the best exterior building products, and that they their main goal is customer satisfaction. Shawn headed north and joined the Innovative team, spearheading their restoration efforts in Sugar Grove, Aurora, and Naperville in 2014.
