We are excited to announce that we are expanding, enhancing, and improving our commercial roofing division.
Although we never advertised it, Innovative Home Concepts over the years has been involved in several commercial flat roof installations. Although these projects were successful this line of roofing never become part of our core business. That all changes in 2017.
At the end of 2016, several members of the Innovative team sat down with a gentleman that has been in the commercial and industrial roofing industry for over 35 years. The initial meeting turned into several meetings over several weeks. At first these meetings were just to gather more information about these products and how we as a company could get more involved. As these talks shaped up it become apparent that there was an excellent fit between Innovative and this gentleman.
We are unable at this time to formally introduce this gentleman due to previous business obligations that he needs to wrap up first. But he has already began to bid out projects for us, training our sales staff, inspectors, and public adjuster, and show us ways we can help our existing clients and potential new customers with commercial roof replacement, repair, and coating systems.
