Mchenry Roof Replacement paid by Insurance because of Storm Damage
Cordon lives in the Johnsburg / Mchenry area. His home was hit by the hail storm that happen back in April. He called Innovative Home Concepts!

Cordon called Innovative because he knows that we are local so if he has a problem he will know were to find us. He had also noticed that the work that we have done in the area is high quality and he has seen a lot of our yard signs in the area. It happened that Cordon actually went to school with Aaron, the sales rep he was working with from Innovative. Aaron took Cordon on the roof and showed him the problems with his roof and gutters and everything that needed to be done. Aaron helped Cordon make an insurance claim for his roof and met with his insurance adjuster to go over the damage. When all was said and done, Cordon’s insurance company agreed to pay for his new roof replacement and some of his gutters.
Cordon’s favorite part of his new home improvements are the seamless gutters that don’t leak at the seems like his old one’s did and the new color of his IKO Cambridge Shingles.
He was so happy with work that he recommend us to many of his family members in the area that may need roofing work too. He also agreed to do an Innovative Home Concepts Review on video!
Cordon overall was very pleased with his entire experience. In fact, he gave us an A grade! He was happy with the sales experience, the work that was done for him, how quick we did the work, and the friendliness of the installation people.
